start of my final clinical for semester 2.
this time i was attached at ward 22.it female medical ward
basically more to renal patient which had kidney failure.
ummm...today in the ward?
huhuhuhu...
eearllly in the morning we need to face "that" thing.fuh!so not ready for that
a little bit busy Monday ( which i hate a lot)
need to deal with morning care, TPR , D'tix, dressing and a lot lot of stuff..

and aku frust sangat sebab aku gagagagal mengambil darah patient.but luckily staff nurse help ia ckp it ok.sal kadang2 urat tu pandai loss..
i'm soorry i hurt my patient..don't mean it.
ok up til here off to bed.i'm sleepy
